RESOLVED that the minutes be signed.
3. Financial Matters
Updated reconciliation of accounts received.
JM Scott field maintenance payment
4. General update on Playing Field & Pinfold.
• Weekly inspection completed on the Playing Field & Pinfold.
• Trees in the Playing field have been inspected. Quote received for immediate repairs £500 plus VAT. To be completed on 04.02.26.
• Dropped leaves cleared in the playing field.
