2. Minutes of the meeting held Tuesday 30th September 2025
RESOLVED that the minutes be signed.
3. Financial Matters
Updated reconciliation of accounts received.
JM Scott field maintenance payment
4. General update on Playing Field & Pinfold.
• Weekly inspection completed on the Playing Field & Pinfold.
• Pinfold is all ok.
• Spinner & Springer playground repairs all completed. Thanks to the Ward councillors for help with funding some of the costs.
• Trees in the Playing field have been inspected. Quote received for immediate repairs £500 plus VAT. A tree survey was recommended.
RESOLVED to go ahead.
• Councill Lawson offered some Crocus, Snowdrops & Daffodils for the grass verges.
• Dropped leaves on the field to be cleared by Judy Scott. DM to contact
