• Minutes of the meeting held Tuesday 20^th January 2026

RESOLVED that the minutes be signed. 

• Financial Matters

Updated reconciliation of accounts received.

• General update on Playing Field & Pinfold.
• Weekly inspection completed on the Playing Field & Pinfold.
• Trees in the Playing field have been cut back.
• A stump near the Pear tree needs to be cut to ground level.    Action – JW
• Play equipment needs washing/cleaning, agreed to arrange a date for everyone to help.
• Councillor Reid would be added to the playing field inspection rota.

There being no other business the meeting closed at 8.10pm
