1. To receive apologies of absence – None

2. To Approve minutes of the meeting held on Tuesday 14^th May 2019

RESOLVED that the minutes be signed.

3. Approve year end accounts – Councillor Laming gave an annual financial report

RESOLVED to be signed as a true record

4. Charities Commission – Councillor Laming reported on the online filing was now completed.

5. Any other Business – Rental for this year has increased as agreed to £600

6. Next Meeting – Tuesday 6^th July 2021

There being no other business the meeting closed at 7.25pm.
