Tess Goddard from CDC introduced herself and what her role is within CDC.  A discussion took place with regards to concerns in the village and how they can help.  Contacting CDC to report incidents/fly tipping and any other issues helps them identify hotspots and they can investigate along with the police.

This information will be circulated in the village to inform people to report issues as soon as possible.  CDC would also send out some leaflets to help with who to contact.

Various leaflets were also left by CDC & Police to circulate.

A Police presence in the village on occasion was requested.

Various meetings and CDC information to be shared with the PC more regularly as not all information was getting through to Burghwallis.

Dogs in the playing field problem was discussed.  CDC would try and visit on occasion to try to help stop this from happening.  All signs were on display, but no notice is being taken.
