MINUTES OF THE PLAYING FIELD MEETING HELD ON TUESDAY 24^TH JANUARY 2023

RESOLVED to accept absence.

• Minutes of the meeting held 13^th December 2022

RESOLVED that the minutes be signed. 

• Financial Matters

Updated reconciliation of accounts received.

• General update on playing field.
• Weekly inspection completed on the Playing field & Pinfold.
• Compost Bin has been repaired. New signs for display
• Benches in the field will be stained later in the year.
• Play Equipment painting to be done later in the year.
• Ivy from the park is encroaching onto the roadside and needs cutting back.

The next meeting to be held at The Burghwallis Public House commencing at 7.15pm.  Tuesday 7^th March 2023
