MINUTES OF THE PLAYING FIELD MEETING HELD ON TUESDAY 14^TH APRIL 2026

• Minutes of the meeting held Tuesday 3^rd March 2026

RESOLVED that the minutes be signed. 

• Financial Matters

Updated reconciliation of accounts received.

Bank signatures have all been updated with Co-op Bank

• General update on Playing Field & Pinfold.
• Weekly inspection completed on the Playing Field & Pinfold.
• A stump near the Pear tree needs to be cut to ground level.    Action – JW
• Play equipment needs washing/cleaning, agreed to arrange a date for everyone to help.
• Playing field grass has had its first cut
• Fields in trust offered an inspection on the field for a charge.  This was declined as the Parish council do weekly inspections, plus a regular inspection is carried out by Doncaster Council.
• A sign on the playing field to include a telephone number was not required.
