• Minutes of the meeting held on Tuesday 3^rd March 2026

RESOLVED to be signed.

• Financial Matters

Account balance circulated.

Bank signatures have all been updated with Co-op Bank

An invoice was received from Wellers solicitors regarding a balance payment for works done on the CIO changes.  This was disputed as the constitution changes were put on hold.  All work had been paid up to date in January 2025.

• Rental Income/expenditure

£193.40 chq signed to Crombie Solicitors

• General update & Land registry.

Statement of facts to register the land was finalized, signed and returned to the solicitors
