RESOLVED that the minutes be signed. 

• Financial Matters

Carried over to next month.

• General update on playing field.
• Weekly inspection completed on the Playing field & Pinfold.
• Contact CDC, John Edwards, to come and inspect the trees.
• Contact CDC to reposition the pedestrian gate hinge.
• To postpone the hard surface cleaning to next spring.
