MINUTES OF THE PLAYING FIELD MEETING HELD ON TUESDAY 27^TH SEPTEMBER 2022

• Minutes of the meeting held 16^th August 2022

RESOLVED that the minutes be signed. 

• Financial Matters

Updated reconciliation of accounts received.

• General update on playingfield
• Benches – It was reported some of the benches is in need of sanding down and re-staining.  Councillor Laming would check if she has some stain that could be used.
• Compost Bin –A sign to say for compostable only has been fitted.
• The Service in the park will be held on 13^th November 2022 at 1pm.  Due to no traffic provision, there will be no parade or band.  Anyone wanting to lay a wreath on the memorial would have to walk across themselves.  British Legion would organise a wreath

• Next Meeting

The next meeting to be held at The Burghwallis Public House commencing at 7.15pm.  Tuesday 8^th November 2022

There being no other business the meeting closed at 7.20pm
