• Minutes of the meeting held 13^th May 2025

RESOLVED that the minutes be signed. 

• Financial Matters

Updated reconciliation of accounts received.

JM Scott field maintenance payment

• General update on Playing Field & Pinfold.
• Weekly inspection completed on the Playing Field & Pinfold.
• Pinfold is all ok.
• Paving stones at the pedestrian gate.  Quote received too expensive £5,650. We will replace the cracked stones within the park ourselves.
• Spinner Repairs – Agreed to costs £340
• Springer Repairs – Agreed to costs £415                                                    
• Grass seed for the burnt area hasn’t taken.  Will try again in autumn.
• Trees still need looking at in the Playing field.  Agreed to contact other Tree surgeons.                                                                Action: JH
