MINUTES OF THE PLAYING FIELD MEETING HELD ON TUESDAY 5^TH MARCH 2024

• Minutes of the meeting held on 23^rd January 2024

RESOLVED that the minutes be signed. 

• Financial Matters

Updated reconciliation of accounts received.

• General update on playing field.
• Weekly inspection completed on the Playing field & Pinfold.
• Awaiting report from CDC to inspect and remove dead trees.
• CDC Surface moss cleaning on the Play equipment area is still waiting to be completed by CDC as previous clean was unsatisfactory.  Invoice is still on hold.
• Chain & Lock on the large entrance gate has been broken.  Councillor Maxwell to replace the lock as the chain is still usable.

The next meeting to be held at The Burghwallis Public House commencing at 7pm:
