MINUTES OF THE PLAYING FIELD MEETING HELD ON TUESDAY 16^TH APRIL 2024

• Minutes of the meeting held on 5^th March 2024

RESOLVED that the minutes be signed. 

• Financial Matters

0012 £11.60 Gate Padlock

Updated reconciliation of accounts received.

• General update on playing field.
• Weekly inspection completed on the Playing field & Pinfold.
• First cut has been completed on the Playing field
• Awaiting report from CDC to inspect and remove dead trees.  These are not an issue at the moment.
• CDC Surface moss cleaning on the Play equipment area is still waiting to be completed by CDC as previous clean was unsatisfactory.  Invoice is still on hold.
• 2 Benches on the playing field need concrete slabs for feet.  Agreed to inspect what is needed.
• A Parks in England report recently stated that Playing fields around the country are not disability friendly.
