ANNUAL MEETING OF THE PARISH COUNCIL

The next meeting of the Burghwallis Parish Council will be held on

TUESDAY 30^th May 2023 at Burghwallis Public House,

commencing at 7pm.

AGENDA

1. .To elect a Chaiman for the forth coming year
2. To elect a Vice-chairman for the forth coming year.
3. All members to sign appropriate declarations of Acceptance of Office.
4. To receive any apologies of absence.
5. Read & Approve minutes of the last Annual Meeting
6. To Consider any matters arising from the minutes.
7. Appoint up to two councillors to attend the YLCA Branch meeting
8. To consider any annual updates on Polices & Procedures.
