MINUTES OF THE PLAYING FIELD MEETING HELD ON TUESDAY 25^TH  2024

The Resignation of Councillor Mrs McIlroy from the Playing field Charity has been received with immediate effect.

RESOLVED that the minutes be signed. 

• Financial Matters

Updated reconciliation of accounts received.

£390 – CDC Playing field Repairs.

• General update on playing field & Pinfold.
• Weekly inspection completed on the Playing field & Pinfold.
• Awaiting report from CDC to inspect and remove dead trees. 
• Benches all thru the village need staining.  6 in total.
