The village flag has once again been lowered; to mark the passing of Rob Lomas.
Although not a Burghwallis resident, Rob has served as a Parish Councillor since January 2018 and was well known in the village through his work with the Burghwallis branch of the Royal British Legion.
He will be much missed.
