Burghwallis Parish Council Neighbourhood Development Plan

Regulation 16 Publication of Burghwallis Neighbourhood Development Plan

Following the completion of Regulation 14 pre-submission consultation and publicity on our Neighbourhood Plan, the Parish Council have submitted the Plan and associated documents to the Local Planning Authority for examination under Part 5 of the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012.

The Neighbourhood Development Plan and associated documents are available to view on Doncaster Council’s website http://www.doncaster.gov.uk/neighbourhoodplans (click on Burghwallis Neighbourhood Plan).

They can also be inspected on-line at the reception of the Civic Office, Waterdale, Doncaster, DN1 3BU during normal opening hours or viewed on-line at libraries and customer service centres during their normal opening hours.

Representations on the Plan should be made in one of the following ways:

· Email: ldf@doncaster.gov.uk
· Postal address: Built and Natural Environment Team (FAO Jane Stimpson), Planning Services, Civic Office, Waterdale, Doncaster DN1 3BU.
· By hand: Built and Natural Environment Team (FAO Jane Stimpson), The Civic Office, Waterdale, Doncaster DN1 3BU
Representations on the Plan may include a request to be notified of the Local Planning Authority’s decision under regulation 19 of the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 on the plan proposal (whether to make or to refuse to make the Neighbourhood Development Plan).

All representations must be received by the Local Planning Authority (not the Parish Council) by Friday 9th October 2015.
